Registration

ACTC conferences are held approximately every three years. Due to the space limitation, the registration will be closed when the maximum capacity is reached. 

Conference Registration only for Invited Speakers and Discussion Leaders*:     Register Here

Registration fee includes 4 Breakfasts, 3 Lunches, 1 Conference Dinner, and Coffee/Drinks/Aperitivos during Lecture breaks and at Poster sessions.

Invited Speaker/Discussion Leader Registration $300

* If you register here and you are not among invited speakers and discussion leaders, your registration will be canceled.

On-campus housing

Dormitory rooms will be available on the UNC campus at an affordable cost, ideal for early-career participants who are on a budget. The ACTC 2024 is a 3.5-day immersion in theoretical chemistry; you will learn, network, socialize, and exchange ideas with your fellow theoretical chemists. You will not spend much time in your room, and affordable dormitory accommodation is provided. The accommodation is guaranteed if registered by March 19, 2024. In the event we are not able to provide the dorm room accommodation (for the registrations after March 19, 2024), the housing fee will be refunded.

UNC Residence Halls (equipped w/ AC) 

$275 (single occupancy) for 4 nights (Arrival date is June 16, and Departure date is June 20).  The fee covers a pillow, a towel, bed sheets, a blanket, shampoo/conditioner/soap, wash sponge, etc.

Optional parking fee: $20

Cancellation Policy

Because of our contract with UNC Housing, we are unable to provide a refund for the on-campus housing or parking after March 19. Conference registration cancellations received on or before April 28 are subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations cannot be processed after April 28 in general, but please contact us at 2024actc@gmail.com if you are unable to attend.
